Multi-channel coordination

Companies aim at expanding their customer bases by offering their products through multiple channels. This strategy is proven to work but it comes with a coordination challenge. In this workshop, we will elaborate on the channel coordination challenges and we will learn how companies tackle them. We will also discuss how scientific models can be implemented in practice to support coordination related decisions.
